Reading is crucial in your child's development and it will open up so many opportunities for them in terms of accessing all areas of the curriculum and achieving their full potential. Regular reading at home can contribute enormously to your child's future. Here are some inspirational quotes regarding readings importance:
The more you read the more things you will know. The more you learn the more places you will go. Dr. Seuss
Once you learn to read, you will be forever free.
To learn to read is to light a fire; every syllable that is spelled out is a spark.
Each Friday your child will come home with a home learning task. All tasks set will be tailored specifically to consolidate learning that has taken place in the classroom throughout that week. Please could all homework be completed and submitted by the following Wednesday. Thank you for your continued support.
