Click the teacher log in and use the:

Then click on Big Cat Books and select your child's book band (email your class teacher if you need some guidance)

Describe the animals from the story using an adjective. Remember to use capital letters and full stops.
Have a go at...
Use an expanded noun phrase to describe the animals you will write about as well as the fruits they take from Handa's basket. Remember to use a comma between adjectives.

You can choose different animals for your very own version of the story, make sure you have described them and the fruits they take from Handa's basket using expanded noun phrases.

Continue to explore 1/2 and 1/4 practically by using playdoh or carefully cut out squares, rectangles and circles - share these into equal parts. Remember you can re-watch Mrs Jennings video from yesterday to remind you.
