Today is S for sequence. We would like you to read the sentences and put them in order from 1-5.

Today we are revisiting command sentences. We used these when we wrote instructions in English and we learnt that they tell us what to do. They always have a bossy verb (imperative verb) and end with a full stop. 

 

Fill in the correct bossy verb to complete the commands. Read back the sentences to check that they make sense.

Practice writing the word of the day in your neatest handwriting several times:

should

who

whole

 

Write today's sentence containing the word 'who'.

'Tell me who did this?'

 

I wonder if you can use your neatest handwriting to write your own sentence using the word of the day.

 

Practice writing your spellings in pencil first. Then draw around each 5 times in a different colour.
